Manchester City is looking to make another significant bid for Nottingham Forest midfielder, Elliot Anderson. The bid which is set to be submitted is said to be in the region of £130m after a first bid of around £120m was reportedly submitted earlier and was rejected by Nottingham Forest.
The 23yr old Midfielder who plays for Nottingham Forest and England national team was born in Whitley Bay in England. The English player was a former football player for Newcastle until he switched sides to Nottingham Forest in 2024, and is likely to be the first player to join Manchester City during this transfer window. Man City are looking to close the deal as soon as possible as the English international will not be joining the England team for the world cup in America.
Elliot Anderson who had a total of 4 goals and 4 assists for Nottingham Forest last season was one of their key players and he played a very important role at the club, Manchester United was also reported to be in for him but are now looking somewhere else. Looks like his most likely destination will be Manchester City.
